I want to post a review on Bright Star caretaker Michael Tucker. He has been helping with my husband since his stroke almost 2 years ago and we can't possibly say enough about him! He is polite, so very kind and caring and thoughtful, intelligent and well versed in the community so wonderful to talk to, and very medically knowledgeable. I can't imagine a situation he couldn't handle. We are so grateful to Michael, and to Bright Star for sending him to us!
It has been an incredibly wonderful experience working with Brigthstar as they are caring for my elderly mom who has alzh/dementia. From the first intro by Jennifer Massie, then Darlene's visit/assessment, to the thoughtful scheduling help from Heather and especially to the ladies who have come in person to care for mom...Can't say enough good things about Shanika G, Suzannah K, and Sarah P (we have yet to meet 2 more on mom's team, but I feel confident they will be wonderful, too!). Many thanks to Jenifer, Darlene and the rest of the team. We had a small emergency and needed some help with medication management. They were very quick and responsive to our needs. They got back to us on the same day we called and had someone to us for the initial evaluation at 9 the next morning. BrightStar Care is our go-to company for our home healthcare needs.
