It has been an incredibly wonderful experience working with Brigthstar as they are caring for my elderly mom who has alzh/dementia. Many thanks to Jenifer, Darlene and the rest of the team. We had a small emergency and needed some help with medication management. They were very quick and responsive to our needs. They got back to us on the same day we called and had someone to us for the initial evaluation at 9 the next morning. BrightStar Care is our go-to company for our home healthcare needs.
Poorly managed
BrightStar has been providing care for my disabled sister for about a year. We went through an interview process to match my sister with the person who would be providing her care. They nailed it, MiKayla Coleman has provided phenomenal care and has a heart for people. We are so thankful for BrightStar and Mikayla!!
