The VA placed my husband with Brightstar in January so I could get some help in our home with his care. The caretaker Barbara they sent is great and they sent a replacement once that was also great. I am glad the VA put us with this company. I really feel the caretakers and the lady in the office care about my husband they are all so kind.

I have know Tamara (manager) for 5 years. She is a member of our Advisory Board for our CNA program. On several occasions, she has been a guest speaker. She is very caring and delicate in making sure that those who are entrusted in their care receive quality care. I f my mother who has dementia lived in Hot Springs I would definitely choose BrightStar to be the home health agency to care for her.

I Have Sonya Fryar as my care giver for about a year now and I’m pleased to let you know that We work together and she does more than you would expect from this wonderful Lady. I am also pleased to let you know that Tamara Grey is a sweet Lady she makes sure that I have all of my supplies and very pleasant to talk to! Also I have another young lady that I have had for a short time now and I’m pleased with her job as well she will let Teegan that’s the puppy in and out to use the bathroom! Her name is ( MaKayla )
