A shout-out for Brightstar Care and caregiver Sheri Freeman. My wife, and best friend, of 55 years lost her battle with multiple myeloma last year. I hired Brightstar Care to provide home care for her in September. In October 24/7 care became necessary, along with Hospice. During these months I had many different caregivers in my home. Well 11 days into my recuperation of a total knee replacement and I can not get BrightStar to respond to my request for nursing services that I signed for a week ago. My surgical wound dressing needs replacing since Monday, as the original surgical dressing has been peeling off and the incision is now exposed. My call to their office go unanswered since Monday. I'd switch home health care provider but it would only prolong this issue. I wish my Dr had approved another service provider.

Ok company to work for use as stepping stone only gave 2 star rating to be nice
