I had a great experience with Brightstar. It started with an informative session with Lisa Moore who sat down with me and explained the services they offered and asked what I needed. I was looking for an aide, a physical therapist and a wound care nurse. Brightstar was able to accommodate everything I needed. Lisa Moore was great at explaining everything to me and verifying my insurance coverage. My aide was Cochita. She was so nice and helpful to me. BrightStar Care was really good for me. Their customer service department was fabulous. Danielle is amazing. She would go above and beyond to work something out for me. Rochelle is amazing. I give her 5 million stars. She is a very hard worker. She takes initiative and she helps out so much. It’s nice usually she gets done everything she needs to get done and we have time to sit and talk. Which I don’t get a lot of these days. Dr. Jennifer is great. I loved doing PT with her.
