BrightStar Care was really good for me. Their customer service department was fabulous. Danielle is amazing. She would go above and beyond to work something out for me. Rochelle is amazing. I give her 5 million stars. She is a very hard worker. She takes initiative and she helps out so much. Excellent in home service, the Dr was always available to call. Followed up with me even when my insurace care providers were slow to approve visits or were slow to get medical devices to me. The therapy exercise instructions have gotten me along way towards recovery. The new out patient therapist has only added stretches to the routines Dr Jennifer had me doing. Definitely would recommend this in home service provider.

Dr. Jennifer is an excellent physical therapist. She explained every exercise that she had me to do. Even though the exercise was a little painful at first, she still encourage you to keep going so that it works each muscle so that you could recover faster. Thanks, Dr. Jennifer.
