Excellent in home service, the Dr was always available to call. Followed up with me even when my insurace care providers were slow to approve visits or were slow to get medical devices to me. The therapy exercise instructions have gotten me along way towards recovery. The new out patient therapist has only added stretches to the routines Dr Jennifer had me doing. Definitely would recommend this in home service provider.

BrightStar Care has been a wonderful support system for my mom, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism their team provides. Dr. Jennifer is an excellent physical therapist. She explained every exercise that she had me to do. Even though the exercise was a little painful at first, she still encourage you to keep going so that it works each muscle so that you could recover faster. Thanks, Dr. Jennifer.
