We used them for 4 months until they pulled out of WV. They have horrible communication with patients and nurses. Our nurses always complained their checks were short. I would not recommend them.

Yaa from bright star did an extraordinary job caring for our friend Preston in his final days. It takes a special person and personality to deliver the highest level of care and she exceeded it on all fronts. would highly recommend her to anybody in need. thank you Yaa!

BrightStar Care sent us a live-in aide, Yaa, at the most critical point in my friend's illness. Though she was with us for only 12 days, her outstanding nursing skills and deeply compassionate spirit brought comfort and peace—not just to our dying friend, but to all of us who were there. Yaa cared for our friend, and for each of us, as if we were her own family. And now, she will always be part of ours.
