The team at Brightstar is caring, responsive and flexible. They took care of my 92 yr old dad and we were pleased with each of the staff members who stayed with. Jordan worked with my dad frequently and dad thought he was great. It was always easy to get someone on the phone and they were quite responsive. We had numerous scheduling changes due to my dad's need for additional care, and BrightStar handled all of our changes seamlessly. I'd highly recommend BrightStar to assist loved ones.

Horrible. Came twice, went OK, then just did not show. Item stolen and brightstar was only one in the room. They never even called concerned about any of it. If you love your loved one, stay away from this establishment.

Absolutely the most caring, efficient team of caregivers and staff out there! When they take care of your loved one as if is their very own family, you just can't ask for more than that. Can't say enough great about this wonderfully loving Team!!
