The customer service is fabulous! I was notified on Sunday that my Monday morning appointment would need to be rescheduled due to my hygienist being out sick. I was called first thing Monday morning and was rescheduled for that afternoon. As a result of the early notification, I didn't have to miss any work. The hygienist I did see was extremely thorough, even pointing out someone nobody else had previously showed me. I was in and out in a decent amount of time too.
