Went in for appointment. Got in quickly, but hygienist never got to my room. After waiting thirty minutes I had to ask the front desk how much longer and she just said that the hygienist was still in a procedure, and did not know how much longer. My wife also found out that they send text as a reminder of appointment, that says nothing about confirming appointment and then did not see her since she did not confirm on a text that said noting about confirming.

Lubbock Dental Care really cares about their patients. They are very friendly and professional. I use to hate going to the dentist, but now I don't mind at all. They care about your comfort.

I haven’t had great experiences with dentists in the past but the wonderful ladies at the front, along with a skilled, caring Dr. Skognes, made sure I felt comfortable and in good hands.
