Brightstar was very easy and efficient to work with. We were very happy with the care we received
I contacted several agencies as well as countless private caregivers before trying and settling in with Brightstar and owner Garrett Ford. From the beginning Garrett met with us, listened to our needs, and helped to provide a quality caregiver. Our caregiver would become someone we could rely on and trust with such personal care in our home, and become one of our family essentially. We were blessed to have found Brightstar.
Our caregiver Shanqueta Bailey is a wonderful aide. She is very socialable and attentive to our needs. All caregivers should be like her. She is from the company Bright Star Care of East Charlotte
