I chose BrightStar after vetting a few care providers. Stacy presented a warm and caring narrative during our first conversation. Any company is only as good as the people that work there and so far all the folks I’ve met have been very caring and supportive for my mother in her time of need.

The Brightstar team was quick to respond to both my Mom and Dad's need for daily in-house care. They were prompt on their daily schedule but most of all they were very thoughtful and caring. My family and I would highly recommend Brightstar.

Extremely flexible, easy to work with, and friendly. I have long infusions, 5 hours, and have never been disappointed or felt burdened by having home care. The team of nurses are professional and kind!

BrightStar provided an overnight aide to stay with my 90-year-old mom when we needed coverage for a few nights. Amy Levine was responsive and professional from start to finish, addressing my questions and making the process go very smoothly.
