BrightStar Agency is a lifesaver at my group home! Their staff truly goes the extra mile, and the office does a fantastic job finding the right fit for us regardless of the shift. Communication is excellent, and they even call sometimes to check in and offer assistance. They have CNAs, LPNs and RNs, making it easy to find who I need, when I need them. I truly enjoy working with BrightStar and recommend them to any group home.
I had major foot surgery and had to take 4 weeks off work, but still unable to drive for another 3 weeks. I made one phone call & BrightStar seamlessly scheduled a driver to/from work. It was such a stress reliever & I was in the best of care with Helaine and team. Special thanks to Salma & Attiyah for extra special kindness, patience & flexibility. I would recommend this service to all- this was through my husbands company’s EAP program.
The Brightstar Care of Central CT team has been phenomenal. From their hourly aides to LPNs, they have consistently provided, competent and caring personnel. If the need arises for their services again they will be the first agency I call!
