We can’t say enough about Jenn and her care for our father. She was exceptional in his care. She showed him compassion, patience and understanding. She really helped our family transition with our father’s care. She is family to us. She is truly a wonderful person.
My nurse, Alyssa, and Home Care/CNA Field Specialist, Tina, are the best. Professional, kind, caring, and compassionate. Highly recommend Bright Star to anyone who needs care/help!
About a year ago my elderly father's care became too much for my mom and us "kids" had to find a solution. I was in charge of finding a caregiver for my dear father. Five stars, everything about the company has been fantastic! Abby our RN came and did a thorough plan of care for my husband who has ALS. We also have been extremely happy with our caregivers Jane, and Jenn! Very caring and dependable. Jane specifically has become a very good friend and asset to our household. I feel at ease leaving my husband in good care for a few hours each week. Excellent communication-Highly recommend.
