This due to their absentee nurses that caused physical trauma to two of my family members who are bedridden.I would not recommend their services.

During a family gathering for a funeral, the Gartrells hosted my stay. I was able to personally witness the Brightstar staff. They did not supply gloves. The family had to supply them. I have also seen the stress not having proper supplies, and attendance has caused them and it is not right. For that reason I would not recommend Brightstar to any family.

When I stayed at my cousins Mamies house for a funeral I was able to observe her condition and her care definitely required gloves. I was there during their hours of care. I never witnessed their staff providing or using gloves from Brightstar which I found to be extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and potentially harmful. The aide arrived unprepared with the tools for proper or sanitary healthcare. Thankfully our family provided the gloves. For this reason I would not recommend Brightstar to other families.
