Great company!
I used brightstar for my husband for almost 2 years. The first home health aid started out ok, but became lazier and lazier. As time went on, she would leave hours early and not complete her job. I finally requested a new person. However, they could never stay staffed. And the people that they did send out weren’t dressed appropriately ie.. dress clothes and house slippers to work.
