Dealing with this company has become nothing but a hassle. And I forced to use them as they are the only ones in town who accept my insurance. No communication from anybody. Will no show on appointment days without a word. I have to call every single day I have an appointment to make sure someone is coming, and it always turns into a scramble on their end to find a nurse to visit. Complete negligence. No communication. Unprofessional nurses. Improper use of personal information. "Understaffed" as stated by them, which is why you wont get wound care changes at all... like at all. Nothing. You wont even be notified. When you call to ask the right hand will not know what the left hand is doing. Theres no internal communication. Absolutely infuriating and disgusting so see a loved one that could lose a limb because of negligence

The casemanager at NWTH set up home health through BroghtStar for me following a major surgery leaving me with a new iliostomy, drains, catheter and in need. Alejandra called me on Friday after lunch leaving a message. I called them back twice leaving messages. Then I called the office Saturday morning at 8 oclock speaking to an answering service promising to call me back in 5 minutes. Very unprofessional. Do not use if you aren't actually needing help with something because they will not help you.
