I gave one star, because it started with lies with the pay, and the miles to the client, I was told 20/30miles. My first day was okay, but the miles is 40 going to the members and back home with two shifts 8am - 11am and 3pm-5pm which is a 160 miles on my car a day. I had to put $30-$40 in my car for gas.I was told the pay was $17 which was told differently after filling out paperwork $15 in the office. I started using BrightStar end of April 2025 for a family member in an assisted living that needed extra help with various things he was no longer able do for himself. I called BrightStar one day and explained what was needed and by the next day Lisa had a plan of action. Lisa was always kind, supportive and understanding. She was consistent and always available. Had an amazing experience with brightstar care! I ended up needing surgery last minute and needed transportation and Lisa was quick and efficient and had everything scheduled for me! Kashan was with me surgery day and I can’t express how great she was! Overall great experience! Definitely would recommend
