I started using BrightStar end of April 2025 for a family member in an assisted living that needed extra help with various things he was no longer able do for himself. I called BrightStar one day and explained what was needed and by the next day Lisa had a plan of action. Lisa was always kind, supportive and understanding. She was consistent and always available. Had an amazing experience with brightstar care! I ended up needing surgery last minute and needed transportation and Lisa was quick and efficient and had everything scheduled for me! Kashan was with me surgery day and I can’t express how great she was! Overall great experience! Definitely would recommend
Best place to work
I talked to Lisa of Brightstar Care for the first time at a little before 1:00 PM. By 7:00 PM, nurse Rachel was with my mom and cared for her overnight. At 7:00 AM the next morning, nurse Rogette took over. Both were caring and kind. Owner David Rudder assessed mom and helped build a care plan. Mom only needed Brightstar's services for a day. I thought Brightstar served my mom very well. I would highly recommend Brightstar Care.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. My 85 year old mom was released from a rehab center prematurely which left us scrambling to find in home care. I called and Lisa had someone out there the same day to assess her needs. They were truly a lifesaver! All of the CNAs always showed up on time and with a smile on their face. Unfortunately my mom passed away recently but I will never forget the positive experience we had with Brightstar. I am so thankful to each and everyone we dealt with.
