Bright Star helped us care for my brother when he was living with us. The care givers were always pleasant and polite, and my brother enjoyed talking with them. They helped us in several different ways, from one hour visits to sitting with him in the evening to live-in week long 24 hour care giving while we went out of town. We were very pleased with the quality of care from Bright Star.
This is the 4th year that BrightStar has been providing excellent care of me. I have and am very happy with my various caregivers through these years. They have striven to keep my needs covered through my schedule each week. The management is attentive to my needs with a very friendly demeanor. Also, the billing is timely, detailed, and professional. I hope to stay with BrightStar for years to come.
