Everyone was super nice. They worked me in quickly. The cleaning was very thorough.
I went in for a check up and cleaning. During the check up they explained what they were doing and made recommendations on what was needing to be done. The cleaning was quick and easy.

Waited 30 minutes for a dentist to show up after a cleaning. We ended up leaving because our driver was going to be late for work. It was after 5 so the other dentists had already left. I asked how much longer and the assistant said the Dr was still with the same patient. She never got her fluoride for her teeth.
I had never met Carli before but I was favorably impressed by her skill in cleaning and her friendly attitude during this Covid. Of course, I always like to give a positive review on Dr. Fedore. I really appreciate his gentle personality and his expertise.
People here are very nice and really care about you. I've never been to an office where people show they really care. You will get the best care here.
Like any other normal person, im not usually excited to go to the dentist. Im worried i wont get the best care, the best price, and even more i am worried that the procedures would be painful from lack of care on my doctors part. NOT WITH LUBBOCK DENTAL! After my first visit, all of my worries were put to rest and i am actually in a BETTER mood when i leave than when i come in! They're friendly, personable, caring- and incredibly affordable! The staff & Dr.Skognes are so kind, extremely professional, and always on top of things. Dr. Skognes cares about his work, his patients, and went above and beyond to assist me. We lost our insurance and his staff was able to help me find a program that allowed me to get all the things done that I needed. I feel human again. I was so grateful after I left that I seriously teared up a tad.
