I have always be treated with courtesy and kindness since I walked into Dr. Skognes' office. He and his staff are the most caring of people.
Overall, a good experience. However, recommend numbing patients before replacing temporary crowns with permanent crowns. The Dental Assistant continued preparing my tooth for a permanent crown after I told her three times I was feeling pain without numbing. I don't understand why she continued doing this to me and recommend avoiding this with future patients. Thanks, John Davis
