I wholeheartedly recommend Nurse Debbie from Bright Start Care. She is incredibly attentive, highly professional, and truly compassionate. She cared for me throughout the entire time I needed support, always making me feel safe, respected, and understood. Her dedication and kindness made a real difference, and I am deeply grateful for her care. She always made sure all my needs and questions were met. Thank you Nurse Debbie! I really appreciated your work.

I would not recommend BrightStar Care Mountainside based on how management handled my care. What makes this situation especially disturbing is that I was very happy with the actual care I received. The caregivers and nurses who worked with me were providing services that were extremely important to my ability to remain safely at home. My regular visits were Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Then, on a Saturday, management notified me that my services would be terminated effective the following morning. Debbie has been coming to visit me for the past several days and she’s been so sweet, and so fun to visit with. She’s so professional and kind and I’ve built so much respect for her as a person and for this company as well. I would absolutely trust bright star care with any future needs.
