I’m a veteran I have been with Brightstar for over a year and my caregiver Kim P. Comes 5 days a week and she treats me like family not a client because I don’t have family and the staff has been very nice to me and I would recommend them to anyone that needs help in the home or just companionship.
We have been extremely happy with our nurse Nalisha who did home health care for my husband. She explained everything, asked questions and was very caring. If we need home health again, I hope they send Nalisha!
I just have to say that bright star is a great company as they follow up with you and check on you and compared to other places I think that that's incredible on their part and that they should continue. Ive had the pleasure of working with their nurse Donna and she is phenomenal she definitely worries and cares about her patients to the extent that I have never seen from someone in hers line of work.
