From making (and sometimes having to change) the appointment, to waiting (never too long), to cleaning, examining, recommending, and even just talking with the Dentist and staff--all friendly and professional. Even the couple of time I had to have "work" done, it was explained well and no-joke painless. Post-procedure instructions were clear too.
Always fast & friendly. The dental assistant along with dental hygienist are always so kind and go out of their way to get to know you better. All of the dental hygienist I’ve got are gentle I don’t think I’ve had one that isn’t gentle and is very informative about my teeth about what needs to be done. The dentists are also kind and conversate with you and make sure everything is ok before they leave the room.
Comfortable atmosphere and very friendly staff. They made us feel welcomed and explained all dental procedures thoroughly.
