My hygeniest and nurse were so awesome and made me comfortable and laugh the entire time! I’ve been here multiple times for cleanings and all have been great but this time was very fast and enjoyable!
The first time I went to Dr. Dyal it was for a second opinion. Another dentist had said that I needed a couple of root canals and crowns. I couldn't believe that I had had a dental visit a few months earlier with no cavities and that I suddenly needed so much very expensive dental work. I went to see Dr. Dyal. I was visiting from out of state when a rear tooth gave me trouble. I called Lubbock Dental and they saw me the same day. Everyone from the desk personnel, dental assistants and dentist were professional, caring and kept me laughing the whole visit. It only took 30 minutes for the entire procedure and they worked with my insurance. These guys were great, thanks for taking care of me!

Went in for appointment. Got in quickly, but hygienist never got to my room. After waiting thirty minutes I had to ask the front desk how much longer and she just said that the hygienist was still in a procedure, and did not know how much longer. My wife also found out that they send text as a reminder of appointment, that says nothing about confirming appointment and then did not see her since she did not confirm on a text that said noting about confirming.
LOVE EVERYONE THERE! EVERYONE IS SO NICE!!
