I am not giving one star because of the therapy itself: it wasn't a good fit, but it's subjective so I understand. It's common to "try out" many different therapists before finding the right one. I am giving one star, however, for the terrible billing practices. They will charge you for sessions with no warning. No email, no text, nothing. Just charge the card they have on file (which you need to provide before scheduling an appointment)
