Horrible customer service. First appointment they were no call no show. Second appointment, same thing. This place is a joke
Great Brightspeed
I ordered new service in October 2025. The sales representative said I would get a promotional $150 gift card after 90 days of service. In January 2026, I called customer service to check on the gift card, the representative informed me that the gift card was not on my account and I would not be receiving the gift card. I do not appreciate being lied to, and these sales tactics. Beware of this company.
My internet speed is super quick. I had a small question about my tv remote, and the phone number support from brightspeed provided fast customer service. The hotline is great near me.
The representatives at the phone number are always so polite. Brightspeed near me offers consistent Internet and TV quality and amazing customer service. The hotline is excellent.
