The “Marketing Manager” walked onto my porch, observed my “NO SOLICITING” sign and my Ring Doorbell, knocked and then stepped back in an attempt to be out of the cameras view. If a representative of a company disrespects my obvious wishes at first contact, why on earth would I trust them to do job?
The approximately 30 Preservation brand windows we purchased from Brightside have been of high quality, although extremely expensive. The Brightside customer service, on the other hand, has been terrible. We recommend Brightside Windows and Christina in particular. We were in desperate need of new windows. The appointment was set up quickly and Christina was a joy to work with! We were originally scheduled with Garrett, but he was sick. He was kind and communicated well. We were able to keep our scheduled day. Christina was great! She was patient and kind. Ignore no soliciting signs when going door to door. Say their license allows them to solicit anyone.
We are so happy with our Brightside Windows. Our windows were the originals from when the house was built 30 years ago and they needed to be replaced. The seals were cracked and broken, the screens were broken, some of the panes were shattered out so the window only had a single pane. Condensation had built up between the panes,causing the windows to always look dirty but it was not possible to clean them.
