Overall, very good experience. The initial visit/sales pitch was a no-pressure approach, which we really appreciate. The install was fast for all our windows, done in one day. Our only issue was trying to reach customer service to revise our order. We never successfully talked to a person until our window order was complete. Luckily, we ended up not wanting to revise our windows and they look great.
Erica and Michael were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Installers were professional and efficient. Windows are great.
This has been a terrible customer service experience. And a terrible installation experience. I have had neighbors leave notes on my house door concerned about my windows because there’s a 1 inch gap around all of them. I reported this immediately after install and they said that they would come back and take care of it to no avail. And that was over a month ago.This is totally embarrassing, and I feel extremely taken advantage of and I’m very disappointed that a local business would not be more responsive.
I applied here and they wanted to set up an interview. I tried calling and she wouldn't answer the phone. Through texting I asked what the regular hours are and a brief description of what I will be doing. She refused to answer and said it will "all be explained in the interview", which I knew meant that they were going to try and sell the job to me. I asked again if I could know the hours.
