I would NEVER recommend this auto repair shop to anyone! The name is now Jake's Automotive. I took my car to them for a simple repair. The mechanic, Jake, called and told me I needed a new starter and thermostat although there were no previous problems with either of them. Dishonest to the core. Honest, fast, fair. Finally found mechanics that know how to fix, after a terrible experience (with pauls automotive). Wonderful!!
They fixed my car at a fair price, they got it back to me in a matter of days, and the mechanic called me and communicated with me through the whole process. I decided to go to this place because it was close to my house and because it had a few good reviews online. I was pretty skeptical at first when I walked in and the older gentleman at the counter didn't seem too concerned with all the complicated details I was explaining and he didn't write anything down, but it ended up working out well.
