Dec 2023 I paid a $50 application fee, after being advised of the almost $500 additional fees in addition to rent.... I cancelled my application and requested a refund of my $50. My application had not been processed, I met with Kit/Kat?? On Saturday and I contacted her Monday morning. She said the $50 was non refundable, when I asked about my application being processed, she said it had and I was denied? I asked for a letter stating my denial and reason(s). To date I've received nothing, checked my CBR and found no hit.. Ha... read more
