Brighton Park was one of the scariest places I have lived in. There were shootings, drug deals, break in, and people trying to abduct children. The cops get called at least once a week and you have to lock your apartment up like a prison. Its not a place to live if you like feeling secure and not afraid to go outside after dark.

me and my girlfrend move in in april and we went to the pool and the hours are 9 to 8pm now thay say 6pm not at all did thay send out letting us all know the new hours but thay wont to go home and not to have some one her to lock up so we get the short end of it but we pay are rent on time and we dont get the full ues of the pool and the staff and the gm is afel to the tents and dont care and yes the water bill is to much her if you go to a apt complx some ware els thay do not charge you to thow your trash a way but her thay... read more
I just moved to the apartments and so far it has been nice. I am concerncerd with the \$69.00 water bill I just paid and I JUST moved in on the 1st!!

If in one month your water/sewer bill is \$41, why is the next month \$95 and you havent changed your water usage. When you call to ask why such a large difference, all they say is the building (not apartment) water usage went up and everyone has to pay their part. Too bad if you have larger apartment, you get a bigger piece of that bill, regardless that you havent changed your own water usage. Youre better off getting a hou... read more

These apartments are huge!!! However, they have a privately owned gas company and all of the tenants are paying each others gas bills!!!!! How can a gas bill be \$200 in the summer time when the heat is not being run? There is not enough hot water in the world....I wouldnt call them Brighton Park, I would call them Bribing-Park. I would not reccommend this place to anyone who needs an extra \$200 a month.....
