I had a genuinely awful experience here and will not be returning. From the start, I clearly asked for a shellac manicure and was repeatedly pushed to get builder gel instead. Even after saying no multiple times, the staff acted dismissive and made it unnecessarily difficult to simply get the service I asked for. The technician who did my nails was extremely rough the entire time—jerking my hands around, handling them aggressively, and completely ignoring basic customer comfort. can’t recommend enough- have been 10 times to get BIAB my nails have never been so healthy and strong- and they are quick & well priced. Will never go anywhere else
I didn't have to wait before getting served, which was good. My toenails look great and the massage chairs were heavenly. I'm taking two stars off for the painful pedicure. There were three instances I said "ouch" out loud because it felt like she was cutting into my skin. I finally had to tell her to be gentler. My family and friends (and doctor) can tell you I have a very high pain threshold, so I was surprised at feeling anything during a regular pedicure.
