5 out of 5! Pediatric Dentist - Dr. Higgins
Orthodontist - Dr. Schneider My 6yr old son gets very anxious when we go to the dentist. Recently we switched and now have seen Dr. Higgins a few times. He's just wonderful makes my son so very at ease. Lets him touch the tools before he uses them, shows him what he is going to do prior to getting near his mouth. Asks for permission to look for “sugar bugs” in his mouth. Once my son was scared and said “No” so the dr talked to him and reassured him a little more, then My sone was a-ok. My other son who is older (12yrs old) has seen Dr. Higgins as well. He loved how when he told him the water kind of hurt his teeth (prior to anything being done) Dr Higgins asked if he would be comfortable if the water was sprayed on his cheek and my son agreed. My son was so happy he actually listened to him. Also, we have seen Dr. Schneider (orthodontist) for my older son He was very transparent on how things would/should go. How long braces would be on. We all discussed (my son included) what we wanted to accomplish in the end. He was very open to answer any crazy questions we had to make us feel at ease. Sara, a tech was so Amazing! She was straightforward about price, what insurance covered. She even messed with her program to figure out what don payment I would need to get the monthly payment I wanted. The staff, Especially Sara lol she’s funny, honest and laid back. Everyone is very quick and efficient to helping us with the intake process as well as any payment or paperwork prior to leaving. Other staff I cant remember her name :(. She has been upfront with me about all pricing. Even looked up insurance information for me right then and there! They seem to all like their jobs. Greeting you and helping when on the phone or entering in the computer. You're not standing there being ignored while they input information on the computer. I also saw members the staff helping each other out very willingly and quickly to assure an issue was soled quickly for someone on hole. Just awesome as a team. The whole place is great!

😬Beware of this cabinet.I was charged a lot of money and my teeth are a desaster.Dr. Cabana treated me like the last beggar,invited me in her exam room,and then she left and never come back to me.Another dentist Ian ,when i went to him he refused to fix my crown and instead,he recomanded to pull out the teeth.I went to dentist to resolve my dental problems,and the only thing they recomend is to pull out my teeth.They want more money for implant which i dont need.They are the worst dentist.They keep taking my money and doind nothing.Is a shame the way they treat people with minor problem.So dr. Cabana and dr. Ian are the one to beware,they are not doctors,they are money grabing.So avoid this cabinet ASAP.

I have had nothing but a great experience here! The staff is friendly, and help you out with all questions you have. My kids absolutely love their dentist and are excited to have their teeth checked. I would recomend them to everyone!

The office staff is helpful and explain everything very well. The hygienist are both awesome! The entire back office is friendly and upbeat. I definitely recommend this office for all care.

I was hesitant to make an appointment. My last appt was cancelled the day before and was told they would call back with a date and they never did. But I started to get a really bad toothache and when they sent me a reminder about using my benefits before year end I made an appt. I was really amazed at how quickly I got my crown. Didn’t even know I needed one until that day. I had something to eat today and no more pain. Thank you!!

I spent $1000 already taking my wife and kids here. Dr. MClean was great but his staff is loosing business. I need an implant repaired and they will not call us back. I have called and gone in to the office. This is the 4th time I have called asking for an estimate and to schedule an appointment. They always say they need to speak with the Dr and call me back then they never do. Once is ok but 4 times now! I even said I will pay cash! I have already gone in for a consult but they don't want to do the work! Sara today promised to call me back after I told her nobody was returning my calls regarding scheduling an appointment. And she didn't call back either. We will take our money elsewhere!
