Horrible decision. Really let me down and created more unnecessary drama at the most crucial time for my father's life, as well as his caregivers. Will never refer to anyone going through this transition period. Hospice is about easing pain and burdens, not blaming and finger pointing.

My mom was a patient of Brighton Hospice. I had a lot of issues with Brighton Hospice. My first issue was, instead of calling and coming over to do an assessment on my mom, the nurses would call and say, do you want a visit today. It made me feel as if they did not want to come out for a visit nor did they want to do an assessment on my mom.
