Worse sales experience EVER! Untrustworthy company. The sales agent in the Gold Coast was very hard to speak to, and she used me to gather competitors information speaking on behalf of Brighton CEO about some special deals. Unfortunately business that uses this sort of tactics, is not the business that I would rely to build my home.

I've had the WORST experience building with Brighton. Our building "journey" has been riddled with issues, starting with delays from staff incompetence, trying to overcharge us by several thousand dollars which luckily I picked up reading through our paperwork, and once the house was complete we've had numerous items that have still yet to be fixed even though we've been in the house 8 months.
