Bought an Ultra Classic from them and paid for the extended warranty. Someone there pocketed the money because I called Harley Davidson and they never received the money or paperwork. In other words I was cheated out of $2000 by this dealership
Not real proud that I use to live in that town. I had a friend from out of town stop with his streetglide to get some brackets mounted under his warrenty. (By the way he pd extra to have this warrenty) they had brackets but wouldn't do the work. They did tire change thou. But he pd cash for that. How embarrassing that a HD dealer from my old home town would be so disrespectful. :( ill pass the word around.
Walked in looking for a possible upgrade from my old 2001 Wide Glide, left with a new 2014 Street Glide Special. Have put on over 2000 miles already and absolutely love the new ride. Best service I have ever received at a Harley dealer. Thanks! You guys rock!!
