Derek did a great job replacing 2 garage doors at a very reasonable cost. I had another person come who gave me a quote that was much higher than Derek’s and included replacing the opener. Derek’s company was recommend by fellow neighbors. Would definitely recommend.
Got 2 springs repaired today. Same day. Great price. (Luckily I live right in Howell close to town) Derek did a fantastic job super quick while I ran around doing mom stuff. Very cordial, patient and friendly. Just a straightforward and honest presence that was so refreshing. Thank you!
I called Brighton Garage Door on Monday morning and he was able to come by that same morning. He diagnosed the issue inside of 10 minutes. The specific part needed was not common so he did not have one on the truck. He was able to source the part and was back on site on Thursday morning. After roughly 20 minutes he had it resolved and my door is working properly again. Pricing was great and service was fantastic. I highly recommend and will certainly be using Brighton Garage Door for any future needs.

Derek was responsive, polite and professional. After my springs broke, he came out and gave me an estimate to fix just the springs. I ended up deciding to replace the door with an insulated garaged door + new springs. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell or oversell anything and was direct about my options when I said I wanted an insulated door that looked like my old one. I would highly recommend Brighton Garage Door.
