I had a semi-urgent need for eyecare evaluation and Brighton got me in promptly. I'm a bit of an outlier, being a hypertensive diabetic with IOL lenses following Cataract surgery. The eye exam was complete, not just from the point of advanced screening equipment, but even more so by Dr LaForge's examination and interview, ranging from history to current experience and state of related conditions. He communicated respectfully and in full measure. I'm OK - and very impressed.
Had my first visit to Brighton Eyecare and had a very positive experience. The appt started right on time meeting first with the support team to take eye measurements and pictures right up to meeting Dr Toews for the first time. I have a history of eye issues and Dr Toews took all the time required to listen and record that history and I never felt rushed through the entire appt and an appropriate outcome resulted. I’ve always had a wonderful experience at Brighton Eyecare! The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the communication from everyone has always been excellent. Dr. Scharback is excellent as always. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating.
