BrightonCorporation took over management of our 55+ community (Bri at Farmington Station) this past summer. New team members replaced the former team with the exception of one person who has been here since the doors opened over a year ago. My experience with Brighton Homes was deeply disappointing. After losing my grandparents, I used the money they left me for a 3% down payment on my first home, making this purchase incredibly sentimental. Brighton Homes offered a variety of options, and after visiting numerous builders, I thought I had found the perfect one. However, things took a turn for the worse during the new home orientation. They left a screen on dryer vent which caused it to clog right after the house was built and refused to pay for it to be cleaned. I also cannot remove lighting fixture cover in several rooms to replace lightbulbs.
