Great body work on vehicle along with service. This facility really takes care of their customers. I have done business here for 20 years and always been satisfied. I reccomenr their service department, body shop, and sales department to all.
Great service on time
Best Body Work – The fisrt shop I was sent to was a body shop for a BMW dealer, and I was not impressed with the office or the service person behind the deck. I was referred to Brighton Chrysler Body Shop, and it was the best choice, hands down, the office was clean and very welcoming, with great pictures of Detroit. They did a wonderful job on my BMW, perfect color match and even fix a scratch on the hood, cleaned and vacuum and sitting out front on time and ready to go. The BEST SERVICE AND BODY WORK YET.
Saved us! My wife and I went to Brighton Chrysler after our minivan started acting up. We were on a 750 mile road trip visiting family in Michigan, and there was no way the van was going to make it home. Greg Martin hooked us up with an excellent price on a used 2006 Town and Country, and gave us great trade money for our van (considering what shape it was in). I'm not kidding when I say I'll probably drive back out here to Brighton Chrysler in a couple years when we're ready to trade up!

Can't find their bottoms with both hands... My wife took her truck in to this dealer for service and they lost it. When we went in to pick it up at the expected time they told us they didn't have it, had never had it. The service manager and accounts manager both insisted we must have taken it somewhere else. Since they are the only Chrysler dealer in town we found this unlikely. After searching their lot we found our truck and retrieved it. All we got from Brighton Chrysler were blank stares.
Gave the car away My daughter and her husband had a car being brought in to Brighton Chrysler from another dealership. They went to their bank with the vin # and all of the vehicle information to get their loan and when they went back to pick up the car their salesman had sold it to another customer. And he didn't care that he had done that. I would not recommend this dealership.
