2023 Has a new manager, facilities are very nice, neighbors are diverse, welcoming. Management is renovating apts at move out. Administration Management style: business, concerned about bottom line, raising fees wherever able. Has resident liaison and resident meetings monthly. My mother has resorted to out right avoiding the "manager lady" AT ALL COST, in fear of reprocussions of doing so. Its absolutely useless. Seeking any kind of help from her regarding ANYTHING, is at ones own risk of having one hell of an f'd up day. Better look for her male co-worker instead.
