We purchased 75 flashlights for a County Inspections department. The service was courteous and fast. They filled out all paperwork to become and vendor and shipped the large order quickly. We received them in 10 days and were missing one cord. The staff responded to an email within 5 minutes and I received an email that the new cord had shipped within 10 minutes. Excellent service all around.
