I have been in search for a therapist that’s specific for women, and found Selene! I was looking for someone who genuinely cared and listened to what I was feeling and found that with her. She has provided me with different strategies that have helped me manage my life and has encouraged me to prioritize myself and my well being. I started my sessions in person but felt very safe and comfortable with her and quickly moved our sessions to video calls and they are just as effective! I would highly recommend.
