Don’t recommend this company for services ! They are unorganized and the communication is awful
I previously gave Brighter Strides a 5-star review, but unfortunately I have to update that to a 1-star based on my recent experience. In the past, we had an amazing BT, Will, who is now a lead at the newly opened Richmond clinic. He was professional, consistent, and truly made a positive impact—that experience is the reason for my original rating! The folks at this location are just Amazing. The therapist and technician are extremely competent and dedicated; while the staff and everyone at the location is always welcoming and positive. We just love them!!!
