RecommendedProfessional staff who are concerned for their patients and accommodate patients' needs/issues as best they can. Everyone works efficiently and the office environment is pleasant and comfortable. The expanded offices and services provided are very welcome. They do a great job.
Terrible professionalism and customer service. I had a dental emergency and checked with my insurance to make sure they are in network. I have a PDF that lists all the locations that take my dental insurance. Well this Brighter Dental location now has only one dentist who does not take my insurance (all the other dentist no longer work here). RecommendedI am the last person to come to a dentist’s office because of the pain & my not so good experiences. But this orthodontist, Dr Johnson was fabulous. He explained every procedure in simple terms before performing them thereby reducing my anxiety & fear to the minimum. I recommend this Dr specially to those who are as afraid as i am. Special mention to the staff Gabby, Marta Joanne & dental assistant Shamira!
This office is horrible. I told my nurse I was in pain and she told me that wasn’t her problem. Once I left I tried to call for a second appointment and had to talk to 4 different people who had no knowledge of anything under my file. I was told that I couldn’t get x-rays done. This facility is trash. That must be the reason why they don’t keep employees long. I recommend simply beautiful smiles in Lawrenceville to anyone before I ever recommend this atrocity of a facility

Unprofessional staff!!!! booked an app three months ago for my daughter and when we arrived today oh surprise! it was cancelled! Not a phone call in advance. They even couldn’t find my daughter’s info on the computer. Waste of time!!!!
RecommendedI am a very nervous patient of any dental group . Michelle K. Was very understanding of my concerns . She listen to me time and time again with my insecurities . She walked me through the procedure process with her undivided attention . I felt very comfortable and confident that i would be ok . I will certainly recommend the flemington office .
