I usually have only good things to say about your practice, until now. Your new payment policy is terrible. A 3% surcharge for credit cards is ridiculous. So I decided to pay cash for my $55 co pay, but they couldn't give me change! The surcharge on credit is crazy. Accepting cards is part of the cost of doing business. But then not being able to make $5 in change for a client is doubly absurd. Highly disappointed today for the first time in nearly 10 years as a patient.

I realize these are COVID times. But this place just up and shut it’s doors! They won’t pick up the phone or return any voicemails. I’ve paid them months ago and they refuse to complete the service. I’m in pain and need dental help so my next stop is small claims court to get my money back and go somewhere else.
Sucks ! Wish was never recommended or visited this place Cheaters they closed the practice without any notice, I was in touch with them few times a week but they lied. The receptionist also although don’t blame her Richa but on ethical grounds shld have told us what’s happening with e the practice. My daughter has to get her braces out in April and now it’s July ! Cheaters Liars
My experience at this office has been nothing short of great - between the excellent attention from Gabby at the front desk to Dr. Kang's knowledge and expertise... it's been awesome! Highly recommend.

My first appointment was scheduled incorrectly by their office staff so I had to reschedule after I had shown up for the appointment. The next appointment for my daughter I was fifteen minutes late so I had tried to call the office to see if i should still come but they had their answering machine on. When I showed up they said the Dr went home. I asked why they would not have just called?
