I have been using brighten freight for 17 years and I dont know why. At first I had to deal with a very difficult customs broker and I kept getting told he is just old and grumpy etc.. etc... Allen would always calm me, I really like Allen and he has probably been the only thing keeping me with this company all these years. As Allen moved up in the company I delt with him less and less. Tried calling to get a truck to come pick up the parts for their customer but doesn't seem like they want to get paid for the work. Customer service help was not all there.
