I agree with the other negative reviews on this site. It's outrageously expensive, you wait a long time, and they keep the pet longer than necessary to jack up the bill. I also consulted a family vet, who, unfortunately, doesn't live in this area, and I didn't feel comfortable calling her at 4:00 in the morning, so I talked to her after the fact. Our recent visit to Brightcare Animal ER (April 2023) with our sick cat was a traumatic one. The experience was marred by significant issues, which delayed my cat's treatment by more than two hours although our cat showed symptoms that clearly indicated she was in distress. Our actual experience with the BrightCare Veterinary Group is quite similar to incidents described in other negative reviews, so there is no need to repeat the obvious. Instead, we would like to provide a fact-based summary showing how little BrightCare Veterinary Group cared about their ethical obligation to protect the health of pets entrusted to their care.
