We took my dog Jake here because he was having diarrhea for a week. He is 11 years old and I was concerned if there was any serious reason for the diarrhea and really wanted an ultrasound done. I would like to say that Dr. Robert's is one of the best vets I have ever met. She gave him a great exam and did the ultrasound exam which all turned out well. My Mom and I brought her dog here, he's an 11-year-old guy and hasn't been feeling well. He doesn't like going to the vet and we haven't had all that great experiences in the past. But this place was a breath of fresh air. The staff had beautiful energy and were understanding, knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful, and the thorough and extensive exam was surprisingly very, very affordable. This will be our new vet going forward.
Such a warm and inviting place! I’ve never been in a veterinary practice that gave this kind of vibe. I love the atmosphere, the staff, and Dr. Roberts is amazing! It’s great that you get to see the same doctor each visit so they get to know your pets like family!!! Love love love! Highly recommend.
During hurricane Helene all vets in the Asheville area were closed. I experienced a pet emergency and a friend recommended I contact Bright Vet. They were absolutely wonderful. My cat had to have 4 teeth removed and had an abscess in the back of her throat. The staff walked me through my options and even helped me get financial assistance. The location is well lit and cozy and doesn't feel like a normal stuffy vet office which I think helped my cat feel relaxed. I will definitely be back.
So glad I chose to come here! I had mixed up my appointment time on account of myself and once we did get there, the whole team was very understanding and didn’t make me feel an ounce of embarrassment about it! They are absolutely wonderful, my Bella had a great first time. The place itself was extremely clean and more importantly the staff there were exceptionally attentive!
