Following a sprained or fractured ankle injury on my 85lbs Alaskan Shepherd, and an ER visit resulting in a splint/cast on his hind leg, and having just moved to Asheville, I was in the market for a new Vet and asap. I have a new puppy who weighs 1.4 lbs who was coughing so I was very stressed. We went in for a new patient visit the staff was amazing. Harry received a very detailed evaluation and has a good report and also a quick worming. I was delighted to get a text this morning checking on him. The team of doctor and staff are doing a great job. I strongly recommend this practice as they have gone the extra mile . It is reassuring when veterinary care has become so rushed. Keep up the great work and see you soon!
I can't say enough good things about Bright Vet! My dog tends to get really anxious and a bit feisty during vet visits, but the assistant and doctor were absolutely incredible. The assistant did such a great job easing his anxiety and letting him warm up to her. It made such a difference, and I'm so grateful for their patience and understanding. Highly recommend!
They took such good care of my 14 yro baby. He needed dental surgery and they caught a heart murmur beforehand. After more testing and cardiac clearance, he was good to go for surgery. While in surgery they washed his diaper cover, clipped his nails, and tended to his diaper rash he was starting to get from hotter days. They also kept me in the loop the whole time. Amazing experience! The staff really cares about your fur baby. Our beloved vet of 11 years retired so we were nervous about finding a new one. We got so lucky finding Dr Roberts and her staff. ❤️ This was not a routine check up but labs and imagining for a potentially big problem. Everyone at Bright Vet was warm, professional, competent and explained EVERYTHING to help us understand next steps. Thank you Bright Vet! You come highly recommend!
