Awesome doctor! She was very thorough and good.
Dr. Thrower is great as a doctor, but she has to urgently fire her front office staff. When I came in for an appointment for my daughter, they checked my insurance and gave me a paper that said I was going to owe $190 for the treatment. Then they send me a $400 bill in the mail after I paid them the $190! If I knew they were going to charge so much, I would have never gone to them in the first place!!!!!! Bright Starr is great with kids of all comfort levels. My daughter is easy and calm at the dentist - the very picture of relaxation in the dentist chair! My son, on the other hand.... lol not so much. But, as anxious as he is, even HE loves this place. Dr. Thrower successfully drilled out his 'sugar buds,' and she's customized his treatment plan to accommodate his (abundant) anxiety. Dr. Thrower has also been understanding of mom's nerves. ;) Thank you, Bright Starr, you're the best!
