I've been a patient at Bright Smiles for at least 6 years. Dr. Arora and her staff have been consistently: Professional, truly caring about my overall health, kind, understanding and supportive of my concerns. Having 'family dental' in the practice name doesn't exclude a single person such as myself. They work so well together and treat each other like family. The hygienist (Phyllis) and dentist (Divya) are very friendly and knowledgeable. Phyllis performed a complete hygiene in a manner that was calm, not rushed, and the findings/recommendations were explained, all of my questions were answered. Dr Divya did a complete exam and there were no findings that required treatment. I always loved getting a cleaning here the lady does the cleaning great. Also they are all so nice.
What a great first visit! Phyllis, the hygienist, was thorough, knowledgeable, and most pleasant. Dr. Arora was atypical in the sense that she did not rush at all as is often the case with dentists. She too is knowledgeable and so very pleasant. Based on this initial visit, I plan to make this practice my regular one now and for the foreseeable future.
They were amazing! My son can be very shy and they made his appointment great! He felt so happy afterwards, that he said he couldn't wait to go back again!
Making the first-time appointment was easy! The office is conveniently located, so finding it was also easy. No waiting, right in with technician, then the Doctor. The staff was friendly and clearly caring for my Dental treatment. The outcome from treatment was positive, very positive experience! I'll be back!
