Came in for a small chip on one incisor. Dr. Clifton wanted to add a lot of material that would be costly and require anesthesic. I mentioned I would rather it just be smoothed. He was curt and began working right away. He ground up a large chunk of tooth, much more than I knew he would. He also began, without permission or even informing me, to grind large amounts of my lower incisors. I went in with a little chip and no pain.
