Deceptive methods run throughout this organization from the top. Signed a contract in January 2018 with Dave Pelino, President of the company and made a $1,500.00 down payment. By July 2018 the work had not started. Contacted him on several occasions and was promised in writing a refund. Never came through. Took them to small claim court and was awarded a judgement by default as they never showed up.
